It's difficult to find time in our busy lives for prayer, and it may not have struck you that right now, in the middle of visiting this website, is the perfect time to pray. No, really, it is! Whether you've been a Christian for many decades, have recently come to faith or are just begining to investigate Jesus Christ, why not spend the next two or three minutes praying? Your workmates won't notice, the other people in the Internet Cafe will continue to ignore you, and if you're on your own, what's the problem? Just go for it - what could you possibly have to lose?

We're not going to tell you how to pray, or what to pray about but here are six images which may be of help. Each contains a relaxing image to help you concentrate your mind away from life's pressures, and a Bible verse to meditate on.
